1st X1 Football

In the last game of the season and having trailed 3-1 in the first half the senior team managed to even the scores by half time playing against a competitive Queen Elizabeth School (Faversham). Cometh the hour cometh the man, a brace by super sub Mike Hendy ensured that the team finished the season on a high. The other goal scorers were Brad Jones, Steve Hackney, Tom Ashby and Luke Marchant. The team were superbly captained by Jake Martin and player of the match Alex Nursey was calmness personified at centre back.

Basketball

The year 8 team lost out in the Kent Cup 1st round against a strong Hayesbrook side. The final score of 34-17 not a reflection on what was an extremely close second half.

Congratulations to our year 9 and 10 teams as they are now representatives for Maidstone Schools in the regional finals next term.
