Year 12 and 13 -  Thursday 19th August from 10.30am
Year 11 - Tuesday 24th August from 10.30am
Year 9 and 10 - From 1st day of term

Year 12 and 13
All students wishing to return to school in Year 13 will be registered for their A2 courses on AS results day, Thursday 19 th August 2010.  Students who do not achieve the necessary grades for continuing their courses will need to make an appointment with Mrs Ford to see Ms Bevan (Director of Sixth Form Studies) between the following times:

Thursday 19th August between 12.00pm and 3.30pm
Friday 20th August between 10:00am and 1:00pm

The school year for Year 13 students begins at 8:30am on Thursday 2nd September.

Year 11
Any Oakwood Park student who finds that he has narrowly missed gaining the required GCSE grades for the A-level course(s) he wishes to pursue, needs to see Ms Bevan or Ms Lane after 12.00pm on results day or between 10.00am and 12.00pm on Wednesday 25th August.

Any external student who finds that he or she has narrowly missed gaining the required GCSE grades for the A-level course(s) he wishes to pursue, needs to see Ms Bevan after 12.00pm on results day or between 10.00am and 12.00pm on Wednesday 25th August.

Students gaining the required grades do not need to see staff (as we already know their grades) unless they decide not to take up their Sixth Form place at Oakwood Park Grammar School, or wish to change Subject choices .

For those students who do not wish to return to join the Sixth Form, the Careers Service will be available on results day.

Registering for AS Courses
Students returning to the Sixth Form must attend school on Thursday 2nd September at 10am in order to register for AS courses; the start of our induction process. They should be dressed in accordance with the Sixth Form dress regulations. Students should bring £25.00 towards the cost of their course books. Sixth Form queries about course options or examination results will be dealt with during the afternoon. There will be an evening meeting for the parents and students of the new Year 12 in the School Hall at 7pm.

School will commence for Year 12 students on Friday 3rd  September, where students should register at 8.30am. You will have already received details of the Residential Induction at the University of East Anglia, from 7th to 9th September 2010.

We cannot accept phone enquiries on either day.
Any results not collected by 1.30pm each day will be posted home.
