Our ideal candidate will:

- Be a keen, hands on member of the SLG and a highly visible presence across the school
- Have the skills and ability to motivate and inspire students and colleagues
At OPGS, we aim to:
- Provide our students with ‘an exceptional learning experience’
- Encourage all students to strive towards academic and personal excellence and serve their school community
- Ensure that staff are happy and enjoy working in our school; staff wellbeing is a key priority
