i-gro is a wellbeing portal that teaches students to be kind to themselves. To understand the connection between their thinking and feelings and empowering them to take control. It is open to all students.
The portal covers anxiety, anger issues, exam stress, relationship issues, social media issues and signposts good organisations to contact if they need further help.
There are strategies, downloadable resources, activities to try, links to some great TED Talks, apps to download and 4 recorded Mindfulness sessions.
